Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or check
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item on our website
- Contact our customer service team for assistance with expedited processing
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Provide photos of the damaged or defective item
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
- Return shipping will be covered by RioGrande Vogue LLC
